Today we interviewed Jerry Williams, the Public Relations Director for the Orange County Wine Society. The OCWS, is the largest single location wine society in the world with over 1,200 members.

As a former resident of Orange County, and now on the board of the Australian Wine Society of Toronto, I enjoyed your podcast on wine societies. At 200 members, we’re only 1/6 the size of OCWS, but we have similar aims in terms of promoting the enjoyment of wine. Next time I visit OC, I’ll be checking for a OCWS event!
Your show on wine societies couldn’t have been better timed, I am trying to find a local wine society or tasting group in the Twin Cities. I checked the links you provided but did not see anything listed in Minnesota. Can you point me to any other sources?

There are 19 wine events scheduled in the Twin Cities area over the next few months. I recommend you attend some of these. You will often meet people who belong to wine societies or tasting groups.
