    It’s always nice to hear someone who has so much passion for food and wine. Sounds like he is having a great time. I have meant to try this place for years , I will now make sure I find the time to go. Mark J

    I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Santa Monica Valentino’s and it was FANTASTIC! Not only does this interview clearly show Piero’s passion for service, but it really does happen in his restaurants!
