Australia has long been associated with world class Shiraz. Today we meet two Clare Valley winemakers, Kevin Mitchell of Kilkanoon and Neil Pike of Pikes Wines, whos wines reflect the unique terroir of the region.

Additionally we speak with Peter Kasperski of Arizona’s well know eatery Cowboy Ciao to discuss the impact of unique wines like these on his restaurant.
