    Count me in!

I know that you often ask for feed back, whether is positive or negative.
Well guys, if I did write down every opinion about you I would be a pain in the arse.

Hopping to be save the viewers eyes, and patience I liked to say thanks. It has been a educative blast that has helped my pursue for wine knowledge, not speculation and mysticism. I’ve listened to all of the shows and some of the “infopackedcasts” more than twice.

Please keep going and try to promote wine diversity even more.

I would like to see (hear) more debates on the how the point system affect the business as well as the regular consumer. It is important to point to all of your listeners, specially those who are starting, that you can find delicious, ready to drink simpler wines at the mid 80´ point average. Great wines that are just not as big, persistent or age worthy.

From a 96 point fan in South America…

    Um Abraço,
    Paulo

    Hey Guys,

For the most part, I love the shows!

I do find however, that you can be somewhat ethnocentric at times, when adding your personal commentaries. While I realize you are based in Napa - there is a whole big wine world outside of the U.S. folks!

In summary, the shows can be educational and often entertaining at times, so keep it coming. :-)

    Cheers.

We have done many shows on wine regions outside the USA. But we could do more. Actually we have not done much on Napa when you think about it.

Can you offer some advice on the cultural bias in our comments? the observation has been made before, biut I can not get my mind around what to do.

    Hi Jay,

Thanks for the reply. I guess it is always tough to know, what it is that we do not know; however, with regard to your inquiry on advice, perhaps you might consider the following:

    1) Work with someone who specializes in coaching on cultural diversity
    2) Expand your horizons - listen to more International news, travel to places and REALLY immerse yourself in their culture to see what life is like from their perspective
    3) Make your contest prizes available to people outside the US
    4) Make your site merchandise available to people outside the US.

I would love a GR T-shirt, for example, but it wouldn’t be worth it to pay the shipping, customs fees, etc., to get one. (and I am only “next door” in Canada!). Perhaps reaching out to distributors in other countries can assist you in doing this. You could, in turn, mention some of these International companies at the beginning of the show, acknowledging sponsorship of shows, for example. This would give your show an International appeal, and the recognition that would accompany that.

These suggestions might be a good place to start - best of luck to you!

    Cheers,

    Karen
