I discovered Champagne Jacquesson over 25 years ago when their n/v was 108frs a bottle.Their Blanc de Blanc was the benchmark and a very very quaffable bubbly.Now it has become a niche market champagne with a large clientele worldwide thanks to the enthusiasm of the two brothers Jean-Herve and Laurent. This video sums up their attention to detail admirabley.

To clarify, when Jean-Hervé says they’ve had “the worst rain in 30 years” he is referring to the 2007 harvest.
