		<description><![CDATA[Hello, I am in the Bay Area San Francisco CA. and have a question regarding Bartering or trading cognac seeing I am not a dealer or have a alcohol license.
I inhereted 6 bottles of A. Hardy 50 year old Noces D&#039;Or Special Reserve Captain Decanter.
I am not a drinker of fine cognac and would like this to go someone whom appreciates this type of cognac.
