This interview with Florent and Amelia was refreshing as it revealed their passion for not just cooking, but employing all their creativity and passion to bring joy to others. I found their humble attitude quite charming. Just as I enjoy a wine more when I personally know the winemaker, I know that future visits to Marche Moderne will be enhanced by the insight I gained about Florent and Amelia through this podcast. I have tried many items on the wonderful menu, and can honestly say I have never been even the slightest bit disappointed. When I walk in that restaurant and receive a node and smile from Florent, I know that I am always in good hands. Marche Moderne is proof that God loves to see us happy!
