An awesome 2-part program – Comte is one of the great gifts to the world – You guys should get a Beard nod for this, though I wish there was more about the lovely wines of the Jura – they are as distinctive as the cheeses, as I’m sure you know – thank you very much.

There is a technical hitch on the 2nd Comte podcast download. It stops and will not play after the cook starts to prepare a dish with the cheese a little over four minutes into the show
